The easiest way is via the contact form on this page – we usually get back to you within 24 hours and agree on all the details together. For short-notice enquiries, you can also reach us by phone.
Our boat seats up to 20 people. For larger groups or company outings, we organise multiple boats – just get in touch.
For bad weather, we have a rain canopy on board. If a severe weather warning is issued in advance, free rebooking or cancellation is possible.
No, payment is made conveniently on site on the day of your tour.
Weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen and a hat for sunny days. Drinks are available on board, and catering can be arranged on request.
In the off-season, last-minute bookings are often possible. In peak season (April–October) we recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date.
Yes! For team building, company outings, birthdays or other group events, we are happy to plan individual tours. Get in touch – we'll find the perfect programme together.
